Rapunzel

You have to be familiar with the work of Ralph Ellis or have read my previous work to understand the Rapunzel story. The first clue here is her name. Rapunzel is a herb grown in the most barren of places. Doing research, I found it used to be grown in Northern Africa and is still grown in Europe, mainly France and England. It’s grown in Germany and Italy too, but its not as popular. The Brothers Grimm continue to amaze me. I know they pieced this story together from other ones, but they knew exactly how to keep the truth imbedded. This story has come down through the ages with hidden truth. Dragon

I love the symbol of the dragon. The Greeks saw the dragon as enlightenment. The Gauls saw the dragon as sovereignty. The Chinese saw the dragon as good fortune. Christians made the dragon sinister and meddlesome because they were against learning. They made the keeper and bringer of wisdom a heretic. Stay tuned to this blog and you will see that christians did this quite often. Dragon comes from the Greek “draken”, meaning serpent. It is clearly seen in the word edraken, which means to clearly see. So serpent means one who sees clearly. Having clear vision meant you were wise. Continue reading “Dragon”

Cyclops

Cyclops are one eyed giants in mythology. To understand the myths you have to put yourself in the milieu that it was written. Greece was a patriarchal society, but it was also very philosophical. So philosophical, it was almost a competition to see who was the most philosophical. That’s why the myths are written they way they are. A lot of myths were a battle of the wits. In previous work, I have shown that today’s movie and show makers love to make fun of the masses without them knowing it. We pay to see these movies and shows and they laugh all the way to the bank. (See Lemurian Magic) A lot myths were written in a way to make fun of certain people without them realizing it. The cyclops is one of those mythical creatures that was used to make fun of other philosophers. Continue reading “Cyclops”

Gollum

Lord of the Rings is my favorite book and movie. The symbolism in this story is so deep and wonderful. Explaining the symbolism of the entire story would take as long as it took Tolkien to write it. So I’ll just do little bits of the story here and there. I will stick to the movie because let’s face it, most people haven’t read the books. The Lord of the Rings story is a story of you, your journey through your inner self or the underworld. Every character on this journey is an aspect of you. They are part of you. Let’s start with Gollum. My precious, I mean my favorite. He makes a short introduction in the first movie when they start going through the mountain. The mountain represents the mountain of obstacles you have to go through to gain enlightenment. So now you are realizing there are two sides to your mind, the conscious or ego and the subconscious. Gollum represents both or how you might act when you are in one state of mind or the other. His battles with himself is the battle of your ego wanting to stay in control. Continue reading “Gollum”

Medusa

The myth of Medusa is one of my favorites. When people try to translate this into a volcanic eruption, it’s a guess at best. The snake and serpent are all over the ancient world. The serpent has to do with wisdom and the snake is your thoughts. The snake represents wise thoughts because it moves in the same way as your thoughts, like a wave. Medusa symbolized a conscious, wise woman. Ancient Greece was an extreme patriarchy. In Ancient Greece an awake, wise, conscious woman was feared. She could stop a patriarchal mind(ego) in its tracks. Turn it to stone. The other piece to this myth is the reflection. The ancients believed when you looked at your reflection, you were seeing your consciousness, your higher self, your soul or your true self. You can tell a lot about someone by the way they look at themselves in the mirror. If you are truly awake or enlightened, you will see yourself as perfect. Continue reading “Medusa”

Secrets of the Serpent

I started this blog because I believe the ancient myths hold secrets. I am a myth nerd. I love the ancient texts and myths. All the myths hold keys to our true history. We as a human race have amnesia, but the myths were written to bring that knowledge back. Translating the myths is the key to getting that knowledge back. The myths are embedded with history, knowledge, consciousness, magic and astrology. The magic and astrology I refer to is the wisdom of the ancients, not the entertainment we see it as today.

Every myth, legend or fable is an exoteric story that hides all the esoteric truth. Exoteric means outward or in plain sight. Esoteric means secret or hidden within. The esoteric truth is hidden in every story. The wisdom is only available to those with eyes to see and ears to hear. These stories allow the hidden wisdom to be preserved and passed down from generation to generation. These stories are all misinterpreted, misunderstood, corrupted and abused. The esoteric truth is lessons and information meant only for a few. Until now. I reveal the hidden messages. Take a deep breath and take a look around.
